Hello and Happy Holidays,

It appears that snow is upon us, but that shouldn't keep us from moving on the inside :) And speaking of inside, inner work is always rewarding so if you have not yet tried Feldenkrais, this is a great time to start - or go back to it.

As always, we are running our annual limited Black Friday Bundle offer for anyone interested in Catrina's Feldenkrais courses. This is a good chance to access it at a great discount. From our end, we kept our engines idle, but running :) Catrina has finished her book and she is on her last mile(s) of editing work, and our Adult & Seniors Ballet Community Program has been growing steadily.

We are now offering it in multiple locations throughout Madison and surrounding areas, and due to the constant demand we have decided to release an On-Demand Home-Study video course to all of Catrina's Students. If you are interested in participating, please let us know and we will send you a notification when it is uploaded and published on our SomaStudies Online Academy.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone again, and to start 2026 with a few new classes. As always, both Catrina and I are available for in-person and online private sessions.
